Michael Robinson

Michael has a proven track record of Senior Management roles, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, and work colleagues and of delivering positive outcomes for the business.

Due to his ongoing success and extensive experience in the Education & Training sector, he also has worked in developing key people across multiple industries. These include Security, transport & logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, finance, retail, mining and travel and tourism. He is highly respected and well engaged with strong networks of people in both private enterprise and Government.

Simon Canov

Managing Director

Mr. Canov began his career in the security industry in May 2010 as a security guard while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business and information technology. With a passion for law enforcement and a vision of becoming a police officer, he started his own security company, Security One 2 One, in 2012. In just a few short years, the company experienced significant growth and became a national security company.

He holds a Certificate IV in Security Risk Management and a Security Trainer’s license, adding to his expertise in the industry. To continually improve, he also established One 2 One Services Registered Training Organisation (RTO), offering a Diploma of Business to train future leaders in the security industry. With a decade of success under his belt, Mr. Canov’s journey from security guard to business owner is truly inspiring.
